Disappearing the search term when selecting where to search in the quicksearch is fixed now. The search is now immediately executed when a search term is given and a selection is clicked.

Map description originated from the map, not from the uploader comment, is included now. So searching for river shows also Schrägland: http://alpha.widelands.org/search/?q=river&start_date=&incl_maps=on

I am not sure... i have played a bit with this possibility, but in the end i feel it is not really needed. "Search all" is just 4 clicks enabling the available sections (apps). So such a button/checkbox will only save 4 clicks... and i am not sure if one wants really results from all possible apps.
