Review: Approve

I playtested this now for severla hours, I got stuck (again) in that second scenario,
as the Blacksmit forged a showel instaed of a pick (after playing for ~3 hours).
I shoudl fle another Bug for this, chances are to bad to get this correct.

As for this branch, I will tell bunnybot to merge it tomorow unless someone
comes around with some big objection.
