name changing

I've noticed that there's been a name changing of the three core libraries to 
Wintermute. The previous naming convention (WntrData,WntrNtwk,WntrLing) 
worked nicely. I'd like to understand why it was changed from that to (wte-
network,wte-database,wte-linguistics)..
