Ok, as Qt is now a default library and it's API is used for everything
that earlier we had a dilemma, I close this bug.

  There is a lack of definition in which situations use Boost and in which Qt. The latter case is more severe because this library doesn't integrate with standard C++ language. 
  Implementation design needs a notion of where to use such libraries and what operations are supposed to do with them.
