You could try to disable some things:
Option "NoDRI" # breaks suspend
install sysfsutils
/etc/sysctl.conf
block/sda/queue/scheduler = noop
devices/platform/thinkpad_acpi/bluetooth_enable = 0
devices/platform/thinkpad_acpi/wwan_enable = 0
this saves a lot of power, bluetooth at least WWAN, is disabled anyway
by default.
what about your fan?
