Actually, yes that is what you should do.  This identifies that you can
reproduce the issue.  If/when it gets fixed, your test will verify that
the issue has gone away.

Also, for extra credit, I see the bug (#516412) has a work around
identified which (if it works for you) you can employ in order to carry
on with the testing.
