I don't have Ubuntu, but this screenshot should help you.

Click the folder icon on the left top, which should open the File Manager
of Ubuntu.
Click the [Wheel] at the right top --> [View] --> [Show hidden files].
Now click [Home] --> [.config] --> [xpad]
Did you find the folder?
