Public bug reported:

This happened on Ubuntu MATE 15.04 beta 1. Everything was fully
upgraded, using the proposed repositories.

I did sudo apt-get install xubuntu-desktop, this conflict happened:

Unpacking xubuntu-default-settings (15.04.3) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/xubuntu-default-settings_15.04.3_all.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/etc/skel/.config/Trolltech.conf', which is also in package ubuntu-mate-default-settings 0.4.2ubuntu1

Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1).

There were then two system problem dialog boxes that popped up. I'm
going to reboot and run the xubuntu desktop, and see if it is
functioning correctly. In any case this package conflict should be
handled more gracefully.
