Hello,

I am planning to disable BINFormatManager (.yade files) in svn because
it has some nasty interactions with python - neither me nor Janek were
able to find solution for that. I will add gzipped xml output (.xml.gz)
to XMLFormatManager, for those where file size is a concern.

It should be only temporary (a few months), since we will move to
boost::serialization later and the problem will (hopefully) go away.

Any objections?
