I think we don't at the moment:

* boost -> boost license
* vtk -> bsd license
* qglveiwer -> GPL with exception for CGAL
* eigen -> LGPL3
* miniWm3 -> LGPL2
* GTS -> LGPL(2)
* python -> python license
* sqlite -> public domain

though I would like to have the possibility in the future. You cannot
push the CGAL guys to change the license?

Speaking of that, I am not sure if GPL program can use LGPL3 lib,
either...
