Forces themselves (Scene->forces) are really reset, but we keep force of
the interaction in NormPhys::normalForce and shear force in
NormShearPhys::shearForce. The functor is responsible of filling those
values at every step.
We don't same any more history, in that case you would need to derive
*Phys (e.g. MindlinPhys) from NormShearPhys and store it in there.
