Hi Anton, I fixed that, templates must be in header files, they are not
seen by code outside of the library itself, therefore never instantiated
etc.

Now your task will be to try a few computations to see if results are
the same. I am quite sure they will not be. Explore that. 

Meanwhile, I will fix the python wrapper so that it passes
scripts/regression-test.py.
