Hi Anton,

There is no need to delete old content or old pages, it is in fact 
better to keep it. I recommend to just replace the target of links when 
some content is ready in sphinx or elsewhere (see e.g. NEWS or Future 
Plans). If old pages are not linked, the average visitor will not see 
them (even safer if the first line in old page warns about deprecation 
and point to newer page) but we can still read them (ok, we can always 
roll-back and read them, but it is painfull).

For instance, I had hard time recently trying to figure out what/why 
publications have been removed from wiki but couldn't be found in sphinx 
(about 5 of them). It would have been easier for me to compare sphinx 
bib with the original wiki page. Full text links were also missing and I 
got to search them one by one, when I could have just copy/paste the 
adresses from wiki.

For publications line, I think "publication" target can be replaced by 
"sphinx" target and the "sphinx" link can be removed (I hope it is clear 
;-)).
For installation, I have no idea, I didn't check what is in sphinx, but 
I guess the same method applies : unlink wiki page and link sphinx page 
if there is an equivalent (in fact probably better than equivalent). 
Don't delete the content, somebody will appreciate to find it one day maybe.
