I think that we don't have that on in Yade currently, unfortunately.
Other things come in my mind:
- Are the angular rotations taking into account in the kinematic energy?
- Is the Cundall damping shut down?
Yes, rotational kinetic energy is taken in account. For the non-viscous
damping, the test I did was without it.
Vaclav, could you tell me which file has to be looked at?
Energy tracking code is a little all over: elastic potential and plastic
dissipation in Law2_ScGeom_FrictPhys_CundallStrack, gravity work in
GravityEngine, kinetic energy and damping dissipation in NewtonIntegrator.
I have some results that I will post shortly.
