I removed python from scons features. I also added a mail notifier to
yade-dev list on build failure. Tell me if you think it's too noisy.

I use this mail to talk about buildbot : it runs at 3SR lab, building
yade at each commit, and once per night ("nightly build"). You can see
its status at https://yade-dem.org/buildbot/
The doc for each build can be found at
https://yade-dem.org/doc/revision_no, ie :
https://yade-dem.org/doc/2576/
https://yade-dem.org/doc/2577/
https://yade-dem.org/doc/2578/
...

PDF can be found at https://yade-dem.org/doc/Yade.pdf (only pdf of the
last build. I can change this behavior if needed)...
