The fact is there are scripts that do not conserve energy. I didn't see
any indication that it comes from plastic contribution.
Instead plastic dissipation is validated in other scripts where it is
the major contribution.

I'm all for scrutinity and discussion. I understand a bit less arbitrary
statements that this or that is not consistent - this is where energy is
dissipated if you ask me. Yes, "mass" parameter is still mysterious,
that is why I provided a script with functional settings. This is
independant of defining the loading rate - where I don't see any
inconsistency.
