Finally, the error message was more helpful than I thought. My script 
did not use NewtonIntegrator, whereas InsertionSortCollider.verletDist 
is >0. Which is now forbidden (???). Fix corrected in r2676

For mindlin.py, it seemed to me that the crash is due to an attempt to 
get a normal force of an interaction which does not exist yet.

All these different crashes are unrelated in fact.
