If I read wiki's log correctly, you tried and uploaded a new version of
unknown.png.
I'm guessing it showed your face everywhere in "authors & contributors",
no? :-)
Try and upload a new file (https://yade-dem.org/wiki/Special:Upload in
the side bar), give it a name (e.g. Chiara.png), then point to it in
your paragraph [[Image:Unknown.png|120px|left]] will be
[[Image:Chiara.png|120px|left]].
