  ViscoelasticPM returns NANs, if kn=0 or ks=0

Status in Yet Another Dynamic Engine:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  ViscoelasticPM returns NANs in velocities (and, probably in Forces), if cs=0.
  Also the case cn=0 needs to be checked.
