scons-support has been removed in commit 515e8c8f0 [1]
If you get any problems with cmake migration, please, use "Answers"
interface on Launchpad [2] or file a bug [3], if you feel it is a bug.

Relevant documentation on cmake,  you can find in documentation [4].
