  utils.avgNumInteractions() is not appropriate for clumped particles

Status in Yet Another Dynamic Engine:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  utils.avgNumInteractions() should be adapted also for clumped
  particles. The current implementation only applies to spherical
  particles. The same definition should be used but the variables N, N_0
  and N_1 in [1] should consider clumps as single entities.
