  Merge libplugins, libsupport and libcore in libyade.

After this commit the division between files in core/ pkg/ and lib/
directories is the only "geografical". All of them will be compiled into
the libyade.

It is getting more and more difficult to keep core modules pristing from
using "plugins" functions. So we get linkage problems.
