Thanks Bruno for pointing this out,

although, I do not think, that the vector increasing with NULL-vectors
will lead to a memory leakage, but it can really slowdown the parallel
engines, you are right.

We can return back the previous behavior, but I would want to have
unique body ids. So, we need  to uncouple b.id and position as you
suggested.

I have a god feeling that it can bring us additional bugs, in cases, where
body id is associated to its position. Not sure, how many of them are in
the code.
