Dear YADE devs,

I recently spent some time getting YADE running on Amazon's EC2. It pairs
surprisingly well with YADE, so I figured I should put together some
documentation that helps other YADE users set it up.

I've attached the guide because I am unsure where else to post it. If you
would like the latex source code for the guide, let me know and I can send
it over.
