Yade for LTS Ubuntu 18.04

Dear Yade developers,

the freeze for the next 18.04 LTS version of Ubuntu
(stop sync from Debian) will be on the 1st of March.

If the newer Yade version should appear here, one
need to release it ASAP and to be pushed in Debian.

Please let me know we if there some reasons not
to release it now.
