Looking at the cmake warning:

CMake Warning at /usr/share/cmake-3.10/Modules/FindQt4.cmake:620 (message):
  /usr/bin/qmake-qt4 reported QT_INSTALL_LIBS as "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu"
  but QtCore could not be found there.  Qt is NOT installed correctly for
the
  target build environment.

I would have to say Qt is NOT installed correctly for your target build
environment :-) Please ensure you have qt installed:

sudo apt-get install python-pyqt5 pyqt5-dev-tools python-pyqt5.qtwebkit

and for Ubuntu 18.04, you need:

sudo apt-get install libqglviewer-dev-qt5
