Re: [Build #2051994] amd64 build of yade-0.60 rc1~lucid1 in ubuntu lucid RELEASE (yade-pkg-stable PPA)

  * State: Failed to build
  * Duration: 2 hours 40 minutes
  * Build Log: https://launchpad.net/~yade-pkg/+archive/stable/+build/2051994/+files/buildlog_ubuntu-lucid-amd64.yade-0.60_rc1%7Elucid1_FAILEDTOBUILD.txt.gz
That's enough. I changed the compiler to be clang instead of gcc (only in the 0.60 branch). I am testing the package now. The packaged version will lack OpenMP, no big deal. Once we can build package at yade-dem.org proper with more RAM, we might switch back to gcc (Remi, is this going to be possible? It is just a question, I don't want you overloaded :-|)

I incremented chukSize to 5 in debian/control, but you can go down if you think it is too much. Peak RAM usage I noticed was around 2.4GB.

The strange thing is that if was built just fine using fakeroot debian/rules binary from the source tree, but running the compilation in pbuilder failed (no clear error message, something strange from clang; perhaps it was just the RAMdisk that was full)

Cheers, v.
