I can generate an input xml file by choosing the
SDECLinkedSpheres FileGenerator. However, when I
run the simulation, the spheres do no interact with
each other. They penetrate each other and generally
behave independantly. They do interact with the
blocks. Judging from the screenshots on the project
site they should instead form a beam, supported by the
side blocks.

So there may be a problem with SDECLinkPhysics or
SDECLinkGeometry ?
