First of all thanks a lot for your instructions:)

Yes, I want very much to code a real cylindrical tube, because it will both be 
used in my project and also in the tri-axial test, I have once wrote very 
simple DEM codes to simulate that one, it is under VS.net, if anyone want it I 
can post it on the mailing list (The figure I attached yesterday is a 
screenshot of my program).

I will try rotating the walls these days and see the problems that will come 
up.
