It works now, I reinstalled the program this morning and suprisingly, it runs perfectly. I can play something with the YADE right now,

NVidia is not necessary, this "X Error" is just a message you can
ignore - it happens on all kubuntu systems. please run this in a
terminal, and say what is your output:

  glxinfo | grep -i render

also you can run a program 'glxgears' from the terminal and check if
it's running fine.

please install package 'gdb' and run yade again from a terminal. And
copy/paste FULL output. If there is a crash, you should see a crash
backtrace in gdb that you will copy/paste. And we need to see it.
