There is an elasto-plastic law for tangential force/displacement used in 
the triaxial test.
I'm not sure but I think the moment-rotation law is elastic-plastic as well.

For damage : Wen-Jie perhaps?
For visco-..., I don't think anybody has done anything viscous yet.
