Hi,

last week I made a pleasant experience with yade's scalability: for a
relatively small simulation with 10k particles, the total time for batch of
10 jobs (differing only in a few parameters), was

CPUs   time speedup

6    4:37:28   4.69
8    3:52:08   5.78

It was on a 8-core Sun machine with 2xquad-core "Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5570
@ 2.93GHz", 8MB L1 cache.
