Hello everyone,

  Thanks for Vaclav reply.  When I open my yade, there is some
difference with yours. the following is my:

Welcome to Yade 0.50
TCP python prompt on localhost:9000, auth cookie 'edcssy'
TCP info provider on localhost:21000
[[^L clears screen, ^U kills line. ]]
Yade[1]:

 I mean there is no the instruction about F10, F11 and so on.
When I press F12. The folllowing lines present:

  File "<ipython console>", line 1
   ~
     ^
Syntax Error: invalid syntax
---------------------------------------------------------
I tried input F12 again. another problem came:

NameError                      Traceback (most recent call last)
/home/yu/YADE/lib/yade-0.50/py/yade/_init_.pyc in <module>()

       2
       3
       4
       5
NameErro: name 'F12' is not defined
Yade [3]: yade somescript.py

 File "<ipython console>", line 1
 yade somescript.py
                       ^
SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Would I reinstall yade again?  Thanks a lot
