Hi again,

I want to apply the standard code method to find the emax and emin of a
packing. To start with I would need a cylinder full of spheres and a bottom
wall. Is the cylinder created in Cylinder.py script file suitable for it? I
have tried to use the script (simplifying it) applying gravity to the balls
but I have got this error

Body #3667 has velocity==NaN!

Is anyone using or have adapted this script to make it working? Any problems
with interactions between the cylinder and the balls? Maybe I am not updated
here.
