You need to print to standard output (from the simulation script, which
is scanned by the batch system afterwards) a magic line in the format
"gnuplot file.gnuplot", something like

utils.saveGnuplot(O.tags['id'])
print 'gnuplot',O.tags['id']+'.gnuplot'
