A computer code has no unit. It is up to you to decide what is the unit
of numbers you input.
Of course, you have to be consistent: if the radius of particles is in
meters, then the size of the box should be in meters as well.
If you prefer inch and you define forces in tons, then the stress should
be in tons per squared inch. And so on.

For strain controlled test, I will try and commit example scripts
shortly. Ring me if you don't see them coming in the next days.
