I just commited some tutorial exercises for the triaxial tests.
You can download them simply by typing "bzr update", or if you use the
packaged version of yade you can browse them online here:
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~yade-dev/yade/trunk/files/head:/scripts/triax-tutorial/
