Hi all,

As the code happens to be developed faster than the documentation, it is
necessary sometimes to look backward and see if wrong instructions are
left behind.
Typically, the "utils." prefix associated to many functions is
completely useless, but many users keep typing it because it appears in
the documentation.

If you discover this kind a problem, could you please help us to update
the documentation by listing the problems here:
