There is something wrong in your definition of the
Ip2_CohFrictMat_CohFrictMat_CohFrictPhys(), you have to use (set to true
consistently) setCohesionNow or setCohesionOnNewContacts attributes. See
the corresponding doc.

But in fact you are not the first one to fall in this pitfall.. The doc
should maybe emphasize these attributes.
