Me too, at the moment. According to a discussion on the yade-dev mailing
list, it is "normal" : the web site is currently down (something on
Grenoble 3SR lab's side). It should come back soon I guess.

Note that there are other ways to access some parts  the doc, e.g. from
yade python script itself, try "Sphere?" for ex. Or, if you installed
from sources, launching with terminal "make doc" from your "build"
directory.
