Hello Alsidqi,
I did not check but what you describe makes me think that the vtk
writter is probably filtering out sphere-wall contacts for some reason
(it is obviously a special case since the tube must not be center to
center in this case).
If so there is probably no solution except inspecting the VtkWritter
code and make it handle walls the same was as in the QGL viewer.
You could report a bug on that (for the wishlist) so we keep that in mind.
If nobody can fix in short time I would suggest to think about a workaround.
