That is a very detailed answer, totally convincing to reviewer‘s
question.

In fact, the reviewer may be a experimental physicist, who do not know
very specifics of how the simulation is elaborately installed.

His main doubt come from whether particles growing independently and
uniformly, and whether specimens built by internally growing size
resembles real mechanical system.

What I can only do is show him there are already a lot of papers there
using this method.
