I think whoever on launchpad can ask questions and report bugs, just
launchpad account is enough. I reported some bugs to other launchpad
projects not being registered as user nor developer..

Anyway, "thomas" account was created today :-) so obviously it is is a
spamming account.. If this continues, we can:
- write thomas not to write any more
- ask launchpad team for a "ban" for thomas
