ANNOUCEMENT: new bibliographic references for Yade

Dear all,
The "2nd edition" of yade documentation has been released.
It is mainly a tagged version of the usual documentation with a few
formating tricks, don't expect new content.
The main purpose is to acknowledge fresh blood in the development group
as compared to the 2010 edition.
The format of the citation has been also simplified for your convenience.
So, please, update you bibliographic references database  and cite the
2nd edition whenever you cite Yade in your work.
