In order to specify both psd and porosity, you may give a look to
[Tong2012] in https://www.yade-dem.org/doc/publications.html#journal-
articles which gives details about how to reach this goal, section 2.2.
Or in other previous questions ? (I have not precise question in mind
though)

Note that with classical "dry" simulations such as yours, it seems, the
absolute particles size does not matter, you may be fully satisfied with
an homothetical PSD (compared with the one to be reproduced), such as
done in [Tong2012]
