No, I am installing yade via compiling.
I tried the command you wrote, this is the error:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package python-pyqt5
E: Unable to locate package python-pyqt5.qtwebkit
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'python-pyqt5.qtwebkit'
E: Unable to locate package python-pyqt5.qtsvg
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'python-pyqt5.qtsvg'

Bout the last question:
in installing prerequisites, i change 5 to 4 wheter i found 'pqt4':
