Well, wave propagation is inherent to DEM since it is a bunch of springs
pushing and pulling on one another :-). So yes, it is most definitely
possible, but AFAIK there is no article or code that has done this with
Yade already. Please be a little more specific about what you want to
model so we can help you piece together existing functionalities. For
example, if you are simply trying to model a seismometer - displacement
vs time plot from a specific location - then Yade already has the tools
necessary. But maybe you are looking for something more sophisticated
w.r.t wave tracking?
