Thanks Raphael,

For various reasons, we like keeping LINSOLV optional. Therefore, the
main fix is simply adding #ifdefs to FlowEngine and adding a dependency
for TWOPHASFLOW. I just completed these changes so you are welcome to
recompile without LINSOLV and test it out :-)
