You can follow the instructions given here: https://askubuntu.com/questions/307/how-can-ppas-be-removed
You can either do it through the terminal, or follow the answer including screenshots on how to do it through the linux gui (way easier). You just need to unclick the: http://ppa.launchpad.net/yade-users/external/ubuntu ppa.
