Hello Robert,

Thank you for the tips, that explains a lot. I will try out the
DFNFlowEngine.

One follow up question: I complied the DFNFlowEngeine as you suggested
in [1]. Seems the newly complied version only works in the installed
directory (in my case is ~/myYade/build/bins). So, to run the script
with DFNFlowEngine, do I have to run them in the installed folder by
./yade-Unknown myScript.py? Is there a way I can make this version as
default so I can run it from any other place?
